All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.


 

Non-Delivery Exceptions:

 


If tracking information confirms that your item was not delivered, please contact us. In such cases, we will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, issue a refund or replacement.

Refunds are only considered in rare cases where a return is authorized by us in advance (e.g., wrong item sent or confirmed non-delivery). If your return is approved, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the item.


If your refund is approved:

 

  • A credit will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or card issuer.
