3. Pre-Order Policy

Select items are available for pre-order. These are products that are not yet in stock but are offered in advance of production. When placing a pre-order:

Your payment is processed at the time of checkout.
Orders may take up to 6 weeks to be produced and shipped.
Shipping timelines may be affected by production delays, supply availability, or order volume.

4. Shipping Policy

For in-stock items, please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing due to the handcrafted nature of our work and high demand. Shipping time begins after processing and varies by location.

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If tracking shows your order was delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

5. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Refunds will only be considered if:

Your order was never delivered, and tracking verifies this.
You received a damaged or incorrect item (must report within 3 days of delivery, including photos).

We do not refund due to shipping delays or dissatisfaction with artistic elements (such as distressing or finish), as these are intentional features.

6. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us violates these Terms. We reserve the right to challenge any chargeback by providing:

Proof of purchase
Tracking and delivery confirmation
Acknowledgment of these terms at checkout

We take fraudulent disputes seriously and may ban future purchases from customers who misuse the chargeback process.
