3. Pre-Order Policy
Select items are available for pre-order. These are products that are not yet in stock but are offered in advance of production. When placing a pre-order:

For in-stock items, please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing due to the handcrafted nature of our work and high demand. Shipping time begins after processing and varies by location.
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If tracking shows your order was delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
5. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Refunds will only be considered if:
